Caring for CASA

Learn more about Kappa Alpha Theta’s philanthropy, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), an organization dedicated to giving children a voice in the court system. Come enjoy snacks and hear the New River Valley CASA Program Director, Dionne Harrison, speak about the positive support CASA brings to the lives of children in the foster care system.
Trivia with Theta

Team up with members of the VT Greek community for an evening of trivia, treats and fun! This special event is open to anyone interested in joining Kappa Alpha Theta, along with members of the fraternity and sorority community at Tech.
Recruitment Kick-Off and Dessert Reception | Friday, February 17th
7:00 - 9:00 pm | Squires, Colonial Hall
Kappa Alpha Theta's recruitment process will officially begin on Friday, February 17 with a Recruitment Kick-off event in the evening. This will be a chance to meet Theta staff, volunteers and current college students, learn more about how you can be a leading woman on campus and why you should Think Theta!
Individual Meetings | Saturday, February 18
Theta representatives will host 15 minute individual meetings with potential new members on Saturday, February 18. Anyone interested in joining Kappa Alpha Theta must sign-up for a meeting time. To sign-up, click "Sign Up" on the home page.
Bid Day | Sunday, February 19
Invitations to membership will be distributed on Sunday, February 19 in the morning. A Bid Day celebration and Pledge Service will take place that afternoon at the Theta facility.
